I reserve the right to alter artwork, I’m always trying to improve my products.

The Character limit we provide is simply a guide and in some circumstances, we may need to alter this with no notice given.

You as a customer are always asked to proof any custom product, this is to ensure fonts and fitment of lettering are to your liking.

Items spelt wrong will not be replaced, please check all spellings and proofs.

Wood Products & Wood Grain

As with all wooden products, there will be natural imperfections within the product and we have little to no control over this. We will do our best to source quality materials and avoid knots etc when setting up workpieces but the grain will change and may affect the look of the final product. We can not exchange or refund any wooden product that you might feel the wood grain differs as this itself could be pleasing for someone, personal opinion will differ from person to person.

Any product image on our website does represent an actual product but the wood grain within the product does vary and will of course be different. Consider this as the product's unique fingerprint

WOOD CARE: As with all natural wooden products we can't be held liable for any form of cracking and splitting of wood. Due to materials being used splitting can occur due to environmental factors. All wood will age over time and splitting and cracking can occur. We will not be held liable for this.

Functionality & Use

All our products are decorative and are limited to this function (other than boxes and clocks but their function are clear!). non of our products are toys or designed for children, please keep away from children and babies.

None of our products are designed to be used outside unless stated otherwise.

Glass/acrylic Engraving

Due to the transparency of glass and acrylic, the engraving will be present but may not show up. With glasses, the engraving shows up when filled with liquid, the acrylics are normally designed to work with lightboxes.  

Product Size, Weight & Dimensions

Please note all product sizes are correct at the time of listing and sizes can vary due to manufacturing changes. All sizes and weights are estimates and can change with no notice given. For accurate sizes please contact us for full product updates.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

You the customer are responsible to check the goods within 7 days of receiving the items. We MUST be notified within 7 days of damage of faulty goods to ensure we can take appropriate actions.

If your product is received damaged, we will replace any part affected. This is called ‘repair & replace’, As the majority of our items are classed as ‘Hand Made’ we reserve the right to ‘repair & replace’ any faulty item.

For faulty goods, we offer a limited 30-day warranty on all goods. This is due to the majority of our items having the ability to be handled and played with. Outside of these 30 days, we will work with you on a solution.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds, Loss & Returns

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Items on sale

Any damage & loss will be covered by Little Pickle Studio. Photographic Evidence will need to be provided for damage and loss of items must follow the procedure as stated by the delivery company.

ALL LOSSES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ITEM BEING POSTED THIS IS TO ENSURE WE CAN CLAIM IN LINE WITH OUR COURIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Refunds will ONLY be issued to items deemed Lost by Courier,  Damage caused by an individual such as the customer will not be covered. Items spelt wrong will not be replaced, please check all spellings and proofs sent.

We require a 10 working day investigation period with our couriers for any loss or discrepancy with all orders.

Items ordered incorrectly will not be refunded or exchanged as they are deemed unsellable. However, we will work with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase.

Any items deemed faulty or damaged must either be returned or collected for us to provide a full refund.

If you would like to return a non-personalised product this must be done 5 days after receiving your goods. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost to cover all merchant charges associated with any refund due. The buyer is to cover the full return postage and to ensure this arrives with no damage. If the item is received back to us damaged then no refund can be given and the goods must then be collected at the buyer’s cost.

All returned items must be wrapped carefully and in line with courier expectations. Failure to do so will cause a return to be rejected due to further damage caused by a lack of packing.

Any item we advertise as a SECOND item is subject to no return. We sell these items as they are damaged and thus reduced in price. If the fault is outside the stated fault we will help solve this issue. If the complaint is regarding the item that we sell & advertise as damaged then we will not accept any returns or refunds.

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal & BACS.

We aim to get all items made & posted within 10 working days. When approaching Christmas, Valentine, Easter, Mothers Day & Fathers Days please allow longer. Please check our website for updated information during these busy periods.

All personalised orders are final and once made CAN NOT BE refunded or cancelled. This is due to the personal nature of the product and these items are unsellable once manufactured with Bespoke Names and Messages.
